This book, and most of its contents, was originally published in 2018 in both hard-cover and paperback editions. Because the photo quality did not meet the author's desires, she tirelessly worked to enhance the photos and re-issue this "enhanced" version. The paperback version of the original book is still available for sale. Current price at the time this version was released (December 2020) for the paperback edition is $19.95.
