I cannot change all the loss I have experienced, but I can process my grief and accept a new vision of my future. I am a child of God. I am meant to shine. If I can ask for help and I can get well, then maybe it will give others permission to do so also. I know now you must care for your spirit and mind as you care for your body. If you broke your leg, you wouldn't say, "Oh it's all in your leg; shake it off." So, don't say, "It's all in your head; shake it off.""Be strong and courageous.
