This is the seven hour deposition I gave before going into court. Looking back at this experience, I needed more information and understanding of the process before stepping into that room. In actuality the movies I was asked to watch was nothing like my deposition and truly did not prepare me for how crazy it can get. By presenting my deposition and commenting through out this book on how I should have answered certain questions; I hope to help someone else be more prepared and understand what could lie ahead in a deposition. I have also highlighted certain situations that set me up for failure when I went to court. I hope to show how important it is to listen and understand where a questions or group of questions could be leading into a different question used for court.
