NHTSA received three (3) petitions for reconsideration that contained requests to alter or withdraw several adopted amendments. In addition, this document makes minor technical corrections to ensure all recall communications are received through NHTSA's online recalls portal and that all owner notification letters are sent to owners at the time the remedy is available.
