Updated as of May 29, 2018 This final rule amends HUD's regulations implementing the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to update and streamline HUD's current FOIA regulation. Specifically, it updates HUD's regulations to reflect statutory changes to the FOIA, current HUD organizational structure, and current HUD policies and practices with respect to the FOIA. In addition, the rule uses current cost figures in calculating and charging fees.
