This rhyming story gives children a simple method to making authentic and values-based decisions for themselves. The story uses the neuro-science based coaching technique mBraining, or mBIT, to offer children a simple but powerful way of making decisions that are right for them. The child is encouraged to listen to the different parts of his/her body and listen to what they say; listen to the heart for emotion, the head for logic and the gut for instinct. The story is written by a mother of two, who is also an mBIT Trainer and Master Coach.
