Daisy Dot is a little girl who goes on many ocean adventures with her little dog, Pippi. This adventure takes them on a boat trip out into a big wide ocean to see wild and free orca whales. When the boat stops out in the middle of the ocean, they meet two beautiful orcas, Topsy and her nephew Dipper. Dipper is very afraid of humans, his shyness stands out. But what stands out even more is his dorsal fin. Why is it different? And why is he so afraid of humans? Dipper has a very sad story to tell. He was once stolen from his family. But where was he taken to? How was he taken? And why was he taken? What is the difference between a captive and those that swim free? These are some of the questions that Daisy Dot and Pippi are curious to know. They soon learn that to protect these beautiful sentient beings that have no voice, we have to be their voice. We have to be a voice that will be heard.
