Updated as of May 29, 2018 Pursuant to the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 ("CVAA"), the Federal Communications Commission (Commission) adopts rules requiring the accessibility of user interfaces on digital apparatus and video programming guides and menus on navigation devices for individuals with disabilities.
