In New Mexico the real estate commission NMREC issues only two types of real estate broker's licenses, which are associate broker's license and qualifying broker's license, and that both types of licenses are issued only to individuals. Do note there is no separate qualifying broker's examination, meaning there is only one version of the exam for both types of license. A lot of topics are covered by the exam but we choose to focus on the legal and regulatory topics here. We give you knowledge information relevant to the exam specification.
