This action was proposed in the Federal Register on September 9, 2011 and concerns SJVUAPCD's "Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Demonstration for Ozone SIP" (RACT SIP) for the 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard. Under authority of the Clean Air Act as amended in 1990 (CAA or the Act), this action directs California to correct RACT rule deficiencies in the SJV.
