The amendments to the final rule clarify certain applicability provisions, emission standards, and testing, maintenance, and reporting requirements. The amendments also correct several omissions and typographical errors in the final rule. We are finalizing the amendments to facilitate compliance and improve understanding of the final rule requirements.
