Updated as of May 29, 2018 This regulation establishes tolerances for combined residues of dichlobenil and its metabolite, 2,6-dichlorbenzamide, in or on bushberry subgroup 13-07B, caneberry subgroup 13-07A and rhubarb. It also removes existing tolerances on individual members of bushberry subgroup 13-07B (blueberry) and caneberry subgroup 13-07A (blackberry and raspberry) that are superseded by the new crop subgroup tolerances at the same tolerance levels. Interregional Research Project Number 4 (IR-4) requested these tolerances under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
