Detective Nick Green recognises the corpse of a drug dealer he'd arrested years earlier, but says nothing to his current partner in the case. His memory of the man's sexy wife prompts him into looking her up. A relationship starts but he soon discovers that she is far from innocent herself. He disposes of vital evidence in order to protect her, but the police are onto him. They watch and listen as he digs himself deeper and deeper in search of love.
