Bathwater Soup is a lighthearted story about children and food. It is written whimsically with Grandma Maddie as the hostess, who invites the neighborhood children for Sunday night dinners and serves them many different multi-cultural foods to try. The story unfolds with how Grandma Maddie solved the problem of some picky eating habits and questionable manners by offering them a bowl of "Bathwater Soup".
