It's tough being a kid in the 80's ... Especially when you're undead! The world is forever changed by the invention of Dr. Frankenstein's reanimation, which allows the dead to rise as often as they can afford it. With no place to call home, orphan Noah and his group of misfit friends are forced to live off the streets of Detroit.
