Food brings people together and the Midwest is known for sit down family meals with warm conversation around the table. Recipes are about making them your own. The recipes in this cookbook I have either created myself, they were my grandma's, my Mom's or I tweaked them to enhance the flavor but most of all, they are family favorites and I hope they become yours too . I don't measure everything because I believe in flavor and everyone's taste buds are different.
