National Collective Intelligence is a meta-theory of politics that creates a new society based around a combination of capitalism, socialism and collective intelligence. The long term goal of the theory is to create a new society in which the average citizen will only have to work an estimated twenty hours per week yet enjoy an even higher living standard than today. Book One presents the frame from which the theory should be understood. Book Two will present the new economic and societal system.
