Young Vickie adapts to her new life with the hippies in Haight-Ashbury while keeping away from the "fuzz" who send home runaways like her. But it is not the paradise that Robbie promised her. She catches her boyfriend with other women both at home in San Francisco and later at Woodstock, and she realizes that her love will never be enough for him. Vickie faces the choice between the man she loves and the life she left behind in Illinois. After Woodstock, they retreat to New York City to rest before the long trip back across the country. But the party takes a deadly turn. In 1992, Victoria realizes her memories are warning her of danger for her entire hometown. She races home together with her fiancé, Gary, only to find that the trouble has already begun. With the body count rising, Victoria and Gary face the coming storm.
