When Ms. Stinky, Uncle Ponzi and Foxy get involved in a scam involving the Back to Diapers senior's facility nothing good can come from it. Various scams and attempts to discredit the facility, so that it will be privatized do not have the desired result, and double and triple crosses backfire. The question isn't whether or not someone will go to jail. It is a question of who will go to jail, on what charges, and for how long? Ms. Stinky's grade six education allows her to outsmart some of the other intellectual featherweights and get away with some very nasty business. Every Village Needs an Idiot Series celebrates the good fortune we have in Canada to always have strong competition for the position of village idiot in every community. In the series we learn about some of the animals that are the strongest candidates for these positions in Victoria, BC neighbourhoods and adjoining cities. Ms. Stinky, Dr. Ponzi, Foxy Ferguson, Luna Tick, Busy B. Ody, Dr. B. Rayne Fixer, Lily Pad, Nipinator, Miss Kitty, Dips Tick and, other characters show what happens when stupidity, a hoggish lack of manners and no understanding of moral and ethics are combined with a healthy dose of arrogance, grandiosity and self-centredness.
