Born with none of the five senses, how would a person have any connection with the world around them? Unable to see, hear, feel, smell, or taste, what kind of life could one possibly expect to have? Katherine Buchanan is an expectant mother, living in a new city, with no family, no friends (outside of her new neighbor Megan), and a husband who is growing increasingly distant.
