This is a compilation of poetry and research and writing about an invisible illness; Trichotillomania. It is defined as the urge to pull out one's hair and it is a silent, shameful disorder. It often leads to other mental illness such as depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, and others. It is a Body Focused Repetitive Disease(BFRB). There are three parts: the journal, the poetry and the research. All three parts include information about trichotillomania and provide insight on the disorder that commonly is dismissed.
