And the unplanned circumstances surrounding that discovery take him on a journey involving the identity of the unknown victim, local police intervention, and the unexpected reality of what really goes on in this seemingly idyllic mountainous setting. It's the same isolated setting that Olympic Games bomber Eric Rudolph used for 5 years to avoid capture by the FBI. Conner realizes the secrecy and mystery that seem to exist in these mountains is a shroud looming over its natural beauty and lure. He also realizes this remote area provides a haven for those who seem to have something to hide.
