Born for this is a tale about a young calf named Jasper, whose strong willed, free spirited and independent nature would soon lead him on the journey of a lifetime that would bring him to forming an unlikely friendship with Emily Rose, a wise, cautious and faithful whooping crane. Their story began in the early part of a beautiful Sunday morning. But, this wasn't just any Sunday morning, it was the first day of Spring. A day when everyone's expectations are high and their hope for the future is renewed. For farm animals, Spring meant venturing out exploring new things and meeting new friends along the way.
