"It's two am and I lay awake with my mind racing. God, what is going on? I am so tired of this cycle, this fight. I don't want to be here anymore. Why do I feel this way? I'm feeling weak and my heart is pounding in my chest. I can't seem to get up and my right side is limp. Oh God, I can't breathe... JESUS, I need you." Do you know what it feels like to be tormented in your mind? Oppressed, depressed, filled with anxiety, thoughts of suicide? In my life, I have known this all too well. "Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing in any way shall harm you." (Luke 10:19 AMP) Only God's Word gives the strength, ability, and power to walk out of mental illness and into your God given purpose and destiny. "Brokenness to Beauty" is my story of the complete transformation of my mind, body, soul, and spirit. Truly a story of God's redemption as He takes me from brokenness to beauty. Victoria Waddell is single, living in her hometown of Austin, Texas. Victoria's full-time occupation is in the grocery industry. Where she is able to enjoy her passion of loving, and serving people through stellar customer service. Writing has been her passion and hobby for over 20 years. Victoria's passion for seeing lives transformed by God's truth and unconditional love is her inspiration to keep writing, and sharing her story.
