Blair IV, PE Ret. has been a Registered Professional Engineer in nine states: Alaska, California, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington. John studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Tulsa before completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Oklahoma State University in December of 1972. John has been involved in major design and construction projects around the Globe during his 42 years of Professional Engineering and Senior Project Management. He and his wife, Elaine, currently reside in the Tulsa, Oklahoma, area. Hope, Dream, Pray, Believe! started out as an autobiography prior to its publication. As John wrote, it quickly became a history book covering five generations, which references another book that covers ten generations to a time before the Revolutionary War.
