Vada speaks lovingly of her East Texas roots, the unquestionable devotion of her brother, and the sturdy guidance of her Papa, She unashamedly and openly deals with the pain caused by those she thought loved her and the strengths and support she gained from complete strangers.

Vada is a retired Corporate Credit Manager, wife, mother and grandmother. Her hobbies include writing, reading and serious Bible study. Vada finds enjoyment in quiet reflection and cooking multi-course meals for her close-knit family and friends. Her greatest joy is derived in sharing stories of her childhood and the lessons taught to her by her beloved grandparents.
