In a dystopian future where the law has been perverted beyond reason, a warlord's son decides to take a stand. After the police raid his father's mansion, Daniel Green goes into hiding with a renowned computer hacker, who is in the business of removing government behavioral tracking chips from the brains of American citizens. Using the data from this country-wide network, the police publicly execute any man, woman or child that is deemed to be a threat to society. After being escorted to view a public execution by the beautiful and mysterious Dahlia, Daniel pledges himself to her and her ragtag band of rebels who are committed to fighting back against the atrocities being committed all around them. As time passes and police pressure mounts, Daniel quickly realizes that his chances of making it out alive are all but vanished.
