Our mind thrusts us into experiencing certain events. Some are sweet; some turn out to be bitter. Our mind also makes us suffer the aftermath of bitter experiences by constantly bombarding us with whys, hows, whats and such relentless questions to which there can be no answers. Finally, our mind has to find a solution and get us out of it too. Our own mind is our saviour, destroyer, pacifier, sufferer, rescuer, sympathiser and liberator. It is both our friend and foe, depending upon whether our mind belongs to us or we belong to our mind.
