Both the authors are professors in the field of business management. They have been in the field for nearly two decades. This book gets its genesis from the rich experience that the authors have. The authors have tried to compile stories from academics and their industrial experience. About twenty such stories have been compiled into a small cluster for better understanding of teachers and students. Areas covered are leadership, motivation, mentoring, conflicts, power and politics, and others. Discussing lengthy case studies takes a lot of time and is difficult to effectively analyze due to time constraints. Hence, after a serious thought, the idea of initiation regarding short case studies was deliberately planned.
