Kevin Spencer, the charismatic, aristocratic billionaire heading Spencer World Corp in the glamorous city of Miami, Florida, starts on a wrong footing with spitfire beauty Ashley Anderson. Ashley works for Lillian Taylor, a sassy, super-rich devil from Chicago. Lillian is the wife of mega steel baron Clayton Taylor, who wants to divorce her. And so, she asks for a hefty alimony to indulge in all her frivolous dreams, one of them being a huge holiday villa in Miami. The scene shifts to Key West Islands where Lillian disappears and her husband is the prime suspect. Meghan, his sister, too is a key suspect in this drama. Kevin and Ashley discover each other in these idyllic surroundings, but the scene turns sombre when Lillian is found dead. Would the lovely Ashley be able to attract Kevin when he is already engaged to vivacious supermodel Vanessa Brookes? Can she shed her feelings of nervousness whenever he is in her vicinity? Does love have a chance in such a materialistic environment?
