This is the story of a life, my friend, where struggles are fought and battles are real. Millicent went in and out of the dark places in her own life, until she learned to trust God and stand on His Word. In her story, Living 4 God: Will I Prevail? Millicent, at a very young age, experienced some heartaches and pains that no child should ever have to experience. These same pains would cause her to take the broad road of the paths of life. On this road, she encountered rocks and hills, wet and slippery terrains, and muddy trails with darkness, with occasional glimpses of light here and there. On this path, she also found that there was no steady course and no sure hope to hold on to. Millicent had to figure out things the best way she could. And on this one particularly cold January night, as she was walking the few blocks from her job to her car, with her head down and hands in her pockets, to fight the biting winds, all things were in place. When Millicent looked up, she squinted her eyes, and what should she see? Just a couple of feet ahead, her opportunity-she would make her kill.
