Dr. Phillip F. Reid has been an educator with the New York City Department of Education for over twenty years. He is an assistant professor in Mathematics Education for over ten years in the City University of New York, where he is currently employed. Dr. Reid is a certified school district and school building leader with more than five years of leadership training from College of St. Rose in New York.
