Joey was a young boy who was always thinking of the most fascinating things, especially at bedtime. He would lie awake at night, unable to fall asleep because he had amazing ideas throughout the night. His lack of sleep was catching up to him and he needed help from his parents, and fast! His parents helped develop a sleep contract that helped him get to sleep. Once Joey had the proper sleep, everything in his day to day life seemed so much better.
