Every dog appearing on these pages was living at the Cleveland Animal Protective League at the time their pictures were taken, and was photographed while working and/or playing with the author in the course of his activities as a volunteer. This book is intended to capture the quirks, charm, and unwavering spirit of its subjects as they await adoption by their "forever families."
