Alvin Fisher is the chief of police in San Diego, California. He is also in cahoots with an unsavory character by the name of Larry Morgan. Together, Fisher and Morgan will do whatever they have to do in order to keep their operations flowing smoothly. Corey Duncan is a seventeen-year-old heading on a continued downward spiral. Having no meaning or purpose in life after losing his father, Corey turns to tagging and the streets. He is also at odds with his mother and her new love interest, Randy. One fateful night will bring all three of these men together.
