As a young woman, Kim faced kidney failure at the age of twenty-one and persevered through all of her sicknesses and many medical procedures with the help and grace of her one true helper--Jesus Christ.

From the age of twenty-one to present, she has had two kidney transplants, been on hemodialysis (several times in between failed kidney transplant attempts), and has been doing peritoneal dialysis treatments at home for the past ten years. Through all her medical complications, Jesus Christ has been her guide, her friend, her healer, and her every breath. This book is about her struggles with kidney failure and her spiritual walk, including supernatural events in which she could have died several times but Jesus was by her side through it all.
