selves. Recovering from hurts and offenses is no secret. It is a system.
It is an intentional journey. We've all been hurt, some of us have been hurt
very deeply. The journey of healing is a step by step process; one step at a
time and one day at a time.
Within the pages of this book, I will dispel myths that have kept us from
healing. It will be difficult to unlearn some things, but I challenge you to
keep an open mind.
