MIMO or multiple-input multiple-output is a wireless technology used to increases the data capacity of an RF radio by deploying multiple transmitting and receiving antennas. In a multiple-input multiple-output system, the data is transmitted from multiple antennas via the same path in the same bandwidth. This results in each signal reaching the receiving antenna through a different path leading to more reliable data.
