It is about going through the loss of your husband, wife, life partner, this kind of grief is so different from any other, this hits you so much deeper than losing a mum, dad, aunt, uncle, sister, brother, grandparent. Yet we all grieve differently at different stages of the process. It is what some may have already gone through or are going through and learning how to be alone and how to be single again.
