Management Practices of Real Estate Business in Danang City Trinh Le Tan

This research is using method of qualitative and quantitative, qualitative mainly; the research concentrates on analyzing, assessing activity routine of real estate companies of Danang city in particular and Viet Nam in general. In which the real estate industry has been being assessed as the "motive" industry tremendously impacting other regional and national fields; the infrastructural development, and promoting the growth of the other relevant auxiliary industries. Also, the real estate development implementation contributes to the economic growth, and create works and incomes in the society. The real estate also contributes to the urban gentrification, the creation of the aesthetic beauty and specific characteristics of a country and people. The study focused on the assessment and evaluation of the real estate housing development, specifically in terms of its development and impact.
