Seashore Crib is a small town located in the outskirts of the main city of New Orleans. It embraces the Gulf of Mexico and is bestowed with heavy thunderstorms and wet climates throughout the year.

On every such stormy night, an entity crawls out from the shadows and in the veil of nightfall, leaves behind a heart wrenching display. His kills are so erratic and formless, that most officials even in the police department fail to recognize the existence of this serial killer.

However, Noah realizes a pattern, thanks to his keen intuitions and affinity towards minute details around him.

All his victims are men who he killed by slitting their throats on nights that witnessed thunderstorms.
