Born and raised in central Illinois, Glennis is most comfortable describing herself as a country girl. Although, she does love to travel (and hasn't done near as much as she would like to), she also loves hanging out at home with her dog, Peggy Sue.


After a thirty year career with the U. S. Postal Service, she finally retired in 2019. Now she has the time and freedom to pursue her lifelong dream to write and publish stories.
