Ruth Billingsley has a Masters Degree from the University of Oklahoma and taught for 21 years in Norman, Oklahoma. She is now retired and lives in Northwest Arkansas on Beaver Lake with her husband, Bob. She has an active roll in her church, Boundless Grace Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas. She is a board member of the Glade Community Historical Society and owns a one-room schoolhouse that is listed on the National Historical Register. "A Book of Proverbs" is Ruth's third book.
