Parenting Through the Mirror is a practical little guide to improving your parenting skills while you improve yourself.  Each chapter ends with a way for you to have a "Mirror Moment" regarding what you just read and then set some practical measurable goals for your family.  It also provides a "Reflection" so you can look back and see your progress at a later date.  Sometimes we don't realize we've made progress because we don't take the time to look back and measure the distance between where we've been and where we are now.
