MANDA PANDA AND THE LOONS, is the story of a tiny panda bear's adventure with the family of loons that live on Panther Pond. Babs Hayden Murdock wrote MANDA PANDA AND THE LOONS on the shore of Panther Pond in Raymond, Maine, where she lives with her cat named MataHari. Christa Brown Pauley, the illustrator, shares her home on the shore of China Lake, China, Maine with her husband Don and their dog Jumbo. These two cousins found much joy in the creation of this read-aloud book for children.
