Beverly has experience in nursing and gerontology and is a spiritual director. George has taught leadership theory and practice for many years, with several books published on culture, power, and change. They live in Red Springs, NC, where they serve as missional transformation coaches for the Presbytery of Coastal Carolina and as co-pastors. This is their third book together. Contributor Bio:  Thompson, George B, Jr George B. Thompson, Jr. is Associate Professor of Church Administration at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta. He holds a Ph. D. from the Chicago Theological Seminary and other doctoral degrees from San Francisco Theological Seminary and the Claremont School of Theology. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister and the author of several books, including Alligators in the Swamp: Power, Leadership and Ministry.
