Being unable to effectively communicate until age 7, Chelby Morgan endured an avalanche of uncertainty. Against all odds she went from completing grammar school to making it all the way to College, achieving notable milestones. One Saturday morning, she decided to share her journey in this memoir, written from the perspective of a person living with a disability. In spite of seemingly endless challenges, Chelby Morgan remains vigilant as she strives to do better than she did yesterday. With the assistance of her family and friends, she has been enabled to elevate herself and lives a happy life. Today, Chelby resides in Northern California with her family. She is gainfully employed and continues to pursue higher education. Chelby's status in life confirms, failure will always be defeated the moment a person makes effort to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
