The Power We Leave on the Table is a book that looks into the power of Christianity available to those who walk in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The power of the Holy Spirit is available to all who call on the name of Jesus. Nevertheless, the power given to his followers at his ascension is denied and rejected daily by believers. Many have decided not to "pick up" the gifts that have been freely given to those who follow Jesus Christ. God has given all believers gifts to complete the task in which they are called. 1 Corinthians 12:11 says, "All these (gifts) are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines (NIV)." God does not want his children to be ignorant about the blessings he has supplied to those who are willing to accept them. However, his power goes beyond the gifts. There is abundance in every breath of every believer who lives for Christ. His abundance resides in his saving grace and is manifested to those in whom he loves through his power. It is up to you to decide to use his power and learn of his greatest gift of salvation through Christ. Accept the wealth of Jesus as we learn to pick up The Power We Leave on the Table.
