Daniel Muncie became a cop because he believed in Justice. He soon learned, however, that there can be a big difference between Justice and the Law. Now, as a private investigator, Dan has control over the cases he works on, but even more important, he can let others concentrate on the Law while he does what he can in the name of his first love. His pursuit may not always work out as expected, especially for some of the people who make hire him, but Dan wouldn't have it any other way.
