Every girl, teenager and woman is looking for that special someone that will treat him or her as royalty. After all, we were taught we should be princesses. Every woman's desire is to be treated with dignity and respect. We are looking for our knight in shining armor. One who will rescue us and protect us. What we fail to realize is we have the power to change our own destiny. We do not have to wait for someone else to affirm who and what we are. This book will enlighten you to the fact you are a CHILD OF A QUEEN. Dr Juanita Guillaume has written editorials for Ebony, Christian Women and Essence Magazine. She won the 1998 Editors Choice Award from National Library of Poetry for her poem entitled" Yellow is My Soul". She is currently listed in Who's Who in Poetry from 1997-2008. Juanita is currently working on her next book entitled: "Child of a Queen II." She has two poems on cassette and two poems in Arcadia Poetry Society. Juanita's poems are featured on the Internet. "Expressions of the Heart" was published in 1998. Her poetry was featured on radio station, WYNE 91.5 and Poetry Hall of Fame.
